HR Business Partner (m/f/x)

STREAM.TV is one of the world's top media brands in live streaming and offers major products in all live streaming areas.

We are looking for a talented HR Business Partner with focus on recruitment through active sourcing and Talentacquisition to support our HR team. 


  • Manage your own recruiting projects from start to finish.
  • Use active sourcing methods to find the best candidates for your positions.
  • Optimize our recruiting process.
  • Responsibility for tasks in employment relationships (employment contracts, contractual changes in employment contracts, reference letters, timekeeping system, etc.)
  • Supporting managers & employees regarding any HR related topics as first contact.
  • Responsibility for on- and offboarding processes.
  • Support with administrative tasks.
  • Contribution to other HR related activities/projects.


  • At least 2-3 years of proven work experience in HR, recruitment or similar.
  • You enjoy identifying and approaching talents and you are enthusiastic about trends in recruiting.
  • Basic knowledge of labor and social law.
  • Passion for HR topics and people interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Intercultural competencies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and German.

Great to have

  • Experience in LinkedIn, Talentwunder or other sourcing channels.
  • Experience in working in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • You are a passionate gamer / streamer and/or you have knowledge about this incredible market.

For legal reasons in Austria, we would like to point out that the gross-starting (minimum) salary (All-In Contract) for this position is at € 38.000 per year.

The actual annual target income is in line with the market and is set depending on your qualifications and experience.
